Easily reachable by bus from the airport, the bus stop is almost next to the hotel with the old town being only a short walk away across the river. We got an upgrade that we didn't expect and a nice city view to the more moden part of Vilnius. The staff was overall very friendly, both at the reception desk and breakfast. Got some nice recommendations. They really seemed to care about their guests and didn't forget to smile or ask how it went. The breakfast was delicious and there is also a private sauna available that you can book. The hotel feels very new and it was remarkable clean everywhere.

The staff were super polite and friendly. Helpful and very efficient. The food (breakfast) was delicious and had a big variety. I called reception late at night for additional blanked, so they brought it very quick. The receptionists gave me additional discount for the restaurant, which unfortunately I was not able to use, as I had a dinner somewhere else, but will consider it for the future comings.

Very good location and friendly staff. Super clear, excellent breakfast (4-5 types of fish, special pancakes, super fresh fruits etc.), the best breakfast ever. Big and silent room, parking place very close, right before windows. Bathroom very big (it is not so usual). Staff gave us superior room. In the room are very interesting lights - like siluet of the city.

We, my friend and me (from Belarus), we liked staying in the hotel: clean room, calm, polite staff easy to deal with, etc. At the reception I asked the woman which language it would be most preferable: English, French, Russian. She replied: 'French, but unfortunately, I can't speak French'. I liked the humor, so we talked English. As for the location - not far from the old city, it's good! Still, truth be said, I'd like to live right in the old city. I had been staying for years in 'Mano Liza', Ligininas 5, which I had liked much. Now, it being 'Jolie' - we didn't want to stay there. In any case, The Holliday Inn is very good.

The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve ever met - offering us tips on where to eat/drink/visit and spoke great English. The rooms are lovely spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was great too, brilliant selection!

The location is ve y good, as it is on walking distance to the city center. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. The dinner was also rich and delicious. Strongly recommend. The staff was nice and friendly. I was impressed by the girl on the reception as she even tried to speak Bulgarian.

Location was perfect, near city center, lots of bus stops around, malls, parks, river. Room was great, big, comfy bed, nice bathroom, mini bar. Breakfast was great, lots of options for meat eaters, vegans. A lot of drink options as well. For guests, hotel offered free, cold limonade in the lobby.
